Sri Sripathi Theertha looked after the ashram for more than 35 years. He worshipped Lord Sri Ranga Vittala. Carrying forward the Bhakthi ideology of Sri Sripadaraja, he too enlightened the common people about Bhakthi by travelling around Mulbagal for some time.

On Vaishaka bahula panchami he handed over the Ashram to Sri Sridhara Theertha and entered Brindavan in Marandahalli near Mulbagal.
